We’re proud to share that each nanny will undergo a rigorous vetting process which includes: federal and state criminal background checks, past performance reference checks, drug testing, credit record & driving record checks, as well as, educational and work history verifications. Nanny candidates must also pass our stringent agency evaluation, interview and meet all requirements set by our agency including: college/university training in education or related field, 5+ years child care experience, as well as current first aid and CPR certifications.
We take a white glove approach to servicing our family clients and we properly vet, screen, and manage the nanny placement process. We understand that every family’s needs are unique and we will match your hiring criteria effectively. We pride ourselves on our relationships with both our family clients and nanny candidates.
We take an educational approach to child care and provide access to state approved, professional child care training for every nanny placed with our family clients. Nannies are required to complete 40 hours of continuing education yearly. We provide access to our Five Star Network, including: training, workshops and resources to benefit both our nannies and the families they serve. Nannies will gain access to on-demand training and activity suggestions, by age level.
